Job Description
: Build and manage an area assortment for all B2B and B2C categories
: Process customer projects (BtO) by adjusting existing products with raw materials from your area assortment including production of samples
: Coordinate customer projects in collaboration with Application and R and D in the HQ
: Support of Sales and Product Management concerning recipe and technical issues
: Carry out customer care during first and test fillings
: Implement the processing for handling product:related or production:related problems at the customer's site
: Define recommended activites by analysing customer problems in coordination with Sales, R and D and Supply Chain
: Assure compliance with the Group Good Development Practice guidelines
