Who We Are Looking For
Assume, we threw you in the midst of Carlos Slim Helu, Larry Ellison, Stefan Persson, and Mukesh Ambani, will you be confident enough to hold a conversation with any of them?
It is a high-pressure environment, but also highly rewarding. We expect you to be able to handle pressure with grace, to retain your confidence and high spirits even when it piles on, to multitask effectively, and bring order to a chaotic environment.
It is imperative you are proficient with the entire Microsoft Office suite, with Word and Excel in particular.
You must have the ability to conduct thorough research and have an impeccable command of spoken and written English.
There is no learning curve with this job; we expect you to hit the ground running. You have to be driven, have guts, take initiative, and be able take charge, anticipate the Clients needs and meet them, and think quickly on your feet.
