We are an academic research firm with the vision to ease access to academic and research information and create a trusted out-sourcing platform to enable scholars and students get quicker help with needed academic materials.

We are looking for smart female graduates who just concluded their NYSC programme in February 2013 or about to conclude as part of the June 2013 Batch B to join us on a 2 month Graduate Internship. Successful Interns will be offered a full time position as Customer Service Assistants.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  •     Handle email and phone enquiries from clients
  •     Edit and upload submitted research work
  •     Manage and increase user engagement on social media channels
  •     Publish useful articles and information on the blog
  •     Manage relationships with Freelance Researchers and ensure timely and accurate response to client requests for academic research

Key Skills and Competencies
  •     Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  •     Strong Work Ethic (must be able to work and exceed expectations)
  •     Smart Initiatives and Able to Take Responsibility on Solving Challenges
  •     Excellent practical knowledge of MS Office packages (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  •     Ability to find your way around the Internet
  •     Strong Teamwork and Customer Service Orientation
  •     Good Reading and Writing Skills

Requirements
Applicants must be

  •     Female Graduates living in or able to live in Enugu without assistance
  •     Either about to complete the mandatory NYSC program in June or have just completed the programme in February 2013

Candidates who do not have smart written and verbal communication skills and do not know how to use the computer very well should not bother to apply
